Altera is fully committed to supporting an interoperable healthcare environment, including partnering with clients, policy makers and other stakeholders to ensure information exchange occurs where appropriate. We are committed to addressing any concerns about information blocking, whether from clients or those submitted by others in a position to interact with Electronic Health Information documented in and exchanged from Altera technologies. If you would like to share feedback with Altera or request follow-up, please complete the form below and someone will contact you to gather more details in our effort to assess the concern and resolve where necessary.
